How to Connect Stores via eCart API in Luminous

This guide explains how to connect your stores, such as WooCommerce, to Luminous using the eCart API. This integration enables Luminous to push inventory to your connected sales channels.

Step 1: Navigate to System Settings

1. Access System Settings:
   • In the bottom-left corner of Luminous, click System Settings.
2. Go to App Integration:
   
   • Select App Integration and then click Account Settings.

Step 2: Add a New App Account

1. Create a New App Account:
   • Click New App Account.
2. Select the App Type:
   • Choose eCart from the dropdown menu.
3. Name the App Account:
   • Example: Enter WooCommerce as the name.
4. Enable Product Sync:
   • Toggle on Get Products to allow inventory to be pushed to this channel.
5. Save the App Account:

   • Click Save to finalize the new app account setup.

Step 3: Connect Your Store

1. Select the App Account:
   • Find the newly created app account in the list.
2. Connect the Store:
   • Click the three dots next to the app account and select Connect Store.
3. Choose Your Store Type:
   • In the interface, select the appropriate store type, such as WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or FBM.
4. Fill in the Required Information:
   • Enter the necessary details to complete the connection.

Important Notes

• Data Flow: This integration allows Luminous to push inventory to the connected sales channels. However, it does not pull inventory or sales orders directly from these platforms.
• Other Sales Channels: You can connect additional platforms using the same method, including BigCommerce and FBM.
