We expanded scan to receive to support cartons, sleeves, and any unit of measure you have set up on a SKU. Scan a barcode tied to a 10-pack, receive a 10-pack. Simple as that.

You can now see a lot more about your actual stock situation. We added available via assembly so you can see what you could make based on components on hand, quantity recoverable via disassembly so you know what you can pull out of wholesale packs and bundles, and quantity outstanding so back orders and pending fulfillments are always visible. Really useful for brands juggling wholesale, retail, assemblies, and back orders all at once.

We added a pick state trigger to fulfillment order automations. Now orders only release to ShipStation once pick and pack is fully complete. Cleaner order routing, less room for error.

You can now import layered FIFO costs instead of a single unit cost value. Makes onboarding and migration from other systems a lot smoother when your cost history is already built out.

We revamped the entire automations UI and expanded triggers to cover almost every object in Luminous. The AI generate feature is the standout — just type what you want in plain English and it configures the automation for you. You can also test automations directly to see if they're working and why they might be failing. Big one.

The API keeps getting more powerful. This month we added the ability to create and manipulate BOMs and purchase orders via API, making it easier than ever to build custom integrations and AI-powered tools on top of Luminous.

We rebuilt automations from the ground up and they are so much better now. No more confusing developer jargon, no more "events" and "triggers" and "field statuses." It's just if/then, in plain English. You can literally type what you want and let AI build the rule for you. It gets you there in seconds. And we expanded automations to work with custom fields and objects now, which opens up a ton of possibilities. Go try it if you haven't yet, seriously.

You can now see exactly what's available to assemble or recover via disassembly right from the stocks grid or sales order line item view and just do it. Fast. And those numbers can be pushed live to your sales channels via API so you're always showing accurate available inventory. Really cool stuff.

Okay this one we're really excited about. We built a full warehouse floor app. Scanners, tablets, tote carts, the whole system. Your team gets guided through picks location by location, scans SKUs into totes, and when they're done it hands straight off to ShipStation. It runs alongside your Luminous account and it just works. Big deal.

Same energy as Pick & Pack but on the receiving end. Stock hits the dock, you scan it against the PO in real time, every item verified before it ever touches your inventory. Works hand in hand with the Pick & Pack app so your QC is locked in from dock to ship. Love this one.

Packing slips are a mess and we know it. Multiple POs, multiple suppliers, partial orders, all crammed into one sheet. Now you drag and drop the Excel or CSV and Luminous figures it out automatically. PDF support coming soon.

We added a lot this month. Custom fields, bill of materials creation and assignment, product dimensions and weights, shipment and pallet data, and more. We're keep building this out so you can plug Luminous into whatever else you're running. More to come.
