This guide walks you through updating your profile settings in Luminous, including adding your company logo, name, and address to enhance the professionalism of your invoices and purchase orders.
Step 1: Access Profile Settings
- Navigate to the bottom left corner of the Luminous dashboard.
- Click on your name.
- Select System Settings.
- Open the tab labeled My Profile Settings.
Step 2: Update Key Information
- Add Your Company Name:
- Enter your company name.
- This name will appear on all invoices and purchase orders.
- Enter Your Company Address:
- Include your company’s physical address, as it will also appear on invoices and POs.
- Fill Out Other Relevant Fields:
- Billing Address: Used for record-keeping purposes.
- Return Address: Useful for returns and storage logistics.
Step 3: Add a Logo
- Upload your company logo.
- The logo will appear on invoices and purchase orders, adding a professional touch.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
- After entering your details, click Save Settings.
- Your profile settings are now updated, and the changes will be reflected on your documents.

While you can fill out additional fields, ensure these are completed for optimal functionality:
