Alex brings 7 years of expertise in B2B marketing and even launched her own DTC beauty brand in 2020. Her passion lies in infusing Luminous with the fun and creativity of leading e-commerce brands, creating a value-driven brand that DTC's around the world can partner with.

Calvin, our UI engineer with over 10 years of experience, specializes in front-end development for cloud-based business software. He is committed to creating intuitive user interfaces, drawing motivation from his wife, two sons, and a background rooted in design, engineering, and business leadership.

With a passion for customer success and a deep belief in Luminous’ vision, Bryan brings diverse experience across the dental, ed-tech, golf, and language learning software industries. He is driven by a commitment to continuous growth and self-improvement, which aligns perfectly with Luminous’ mission. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys learning foreign languages and fostering education in his community.

Jordan is a seasoned software professional with over 15 years of experience building and scaling software across numerous industries. His wide range of skills, from UI design to backend development, allows him to build quality software quickly. When he needs a break from the screen, you might spot him surfing on the lakes of Idaho.

Billy has 14+ years in product and innovation, from startup founder to fintech PM to eCom operator. He brings a holistic, hands-on perspective—and loves solving complex problems. Outside of work, he’s usually skiing, golfing, or hanging with his wife and three boys.

Richy brings a strong track record in sales, known for breaking into tough markets and building lasting partnerships. With roots in education and coaching, he leads with empathy, grit, and a team-first mindset.

Heidi brings a solid foundation in problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.  Now a Client Success Specialist at Luminous, Heidi is dedicated to learning the ins and outs of a fast-growing company and delivering exceptional support to its clients. Carson holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and brings a strong background in customer support. While new to the eCommerce industry, Carson is eager to learn and deliver exceptional results for clients.
